Spirit T1 Series Tonearm Cable

The Spirit T1 Series Tonearm Cable is a high-quality silver-plated copper tonearm cable developed specifically for demanding turntable and tonearm applications. It combines carefully selected materials, controlled conductor geometry, low-capacitance construction, and purpose-built shielding to protect the delicate low-level cartridge signal.

The Spirit MKII utilizes silver-plated OFHC copper conductors in a tightly controlled pitch construction. This geometry provides consistent conductor spacing while maintaining the flexibility required for tonearm applications. The silver-plated copper conductors are designed to provide excellent signal integrity, clarity, and low capacitance.

A carefully engineered dual-layer shielding system combines an aluminum Mylar foil wrap with a fine-strand copper braided shield, providing effective rejection of EMI and RFI while helping maintain a quiet signal path between the tonearm and phono stage.

The cable uses a carefully selected PE dielectric, chosen for its electrical stability and low dielectric characteristics. Combined with the controlled conductor geometry, this construction helps maintain low capacitance while preserving the dynamics, detail, and natural tonal balance of the analogue signal.

The Spirit MKII is designed to deliver excellent instrumental detail, vocal depth, spatial information, and natural musical expression without compromising the character of the recording or analogue system.

Like all Zavfino cable products, the Spirit MKII undergoes a dedicated ultrasonic cleaning process. The conductors are passed through a specially treated water bath to remove drawing oils, particles, dirt, and surface impurities before assembly.

The Spirit MKII is available with DIN and SME connector options, Zavfino ZSP4 RCA connectors, and a separate OFC ground wire, with an abrasion-resistant outer sleeve providing additional protection. The connectors incorporate PTFE insulation for electrical stability and reliable signal transmission.
