The Gold Rush™ Graphene Tonearm Cable represents one of Zavfino's most advanced analogue cable designs, developed specifically to preserve the extremely delicate signal generated by high-performance moving magnet and moving coil cartridges. Its construction combines proprietary conductor technology, precision geometry, advanced shielding, and graphene-based ESD and EMI control.

At the heart of the Gold Rush is Zavfino's proprietary H-Wound™ conductor architecture, combining 24-karat gold-plated OCC copper conductors with 99.9998% pure solid silver conductors. The gold-plated OCC copper provides tonal density, harmonic richness, and natural timbre, while the pure silver contributes speed, transient precision, and low-level resolution.

The H-Wound™ manufacturing process creates a tightly controlled conductor geometry while incorporating Zero Strand Loss™ during assembly. Conductors are precisely matched to maintain consistent electrical characteristics throughout the cable, supporting channel balance, phase integrity, and accurate signal transfer.

Each bare conductor undergoes Zavfino's proprietary Deep Cryo™ treatment before insulation. Following cryogenic processing, the conductors receive Ultra Sonic-7™ ultrasonic cleaning and high-voltage conditioning to remove microscopic drawing compounds, oils, and manufacturing residues and prepare the conductors for assembly.

The cable utilizes carefully selected FEP and PTFE insulation materials around the conductors. A separate graphene-based layer is incorporated into the construction specifically to provide enhanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) control and electromagnetic interference (EMI) management. The graphene layer helps dissipate electrostatic energy and reduce unwanted electromagnetic effects without being used as the primary dielectric material.

Signal integrity is further protected by a comprehensive shielding system incorporating aluminum Mylar, a tight-pitch silver-coated copper braided shield, and a dedicated OCC ground conductor. This multi-layer architecture provides additional protection against EMI and RFI while maintaining the low capacitance required for reference-level analogue playback.

Every Gold Rush Tonearm Cable is hand assembled and precision terminated using Zavfino's premium connectors. DIN versions utilize the 1877 Carbon or TAD-3R tonearm connectors with high-purity copper contacts and FEP insulation, while RCA versions utilize the ZXP-5 G Series connectors with 24-karat gold-plated OCC copper contact assemblies.
