Throughout its development, conductor ratios, strand geometry, dielectric materials, and overall cable construction were continually refined to achieve the ideal balance between absolute accuracy and musicality. At the heart of the Fusion MkII is a precision hybrid conductor consisting of individually insulated Litz pure silver conductors integrated with ultra-pure OCC copper conductors. Before conductor assembly, the raw OCC copper is passed through a supercharged ultrasonic cleaning bath that removes residual drawing oils, microscopic particles, and manufacturing contaminants from the conductor surface. The cleaned OCC copper is then precisely combined with the Litz pure silver conductors to form the finished signal core.

Following assembly, the conductors undergo Zavfino's thermal and electrical conditioning process, which further refines the conductor surface while reducing residual stress introduced during manufacturing.
